Today, experience is the only point of differentiation for businesses and brands. In China in particular, consumers expect brands to innovate the in store experience because produce is easily available online. So how could KFC use innovation to bring people in store, but also elevate their product?

We worked with tech partners to design and build a robot arm that can make and serve different flavor of ice cream within 30 seconds. 


Robotics that boost business

The modularized movable dessert station needs no manpower during the whole order-payment-deliver process and can be easily fitted in small venues. Once scaled, it will help KFC to build its market presence and boost business.
