Thomas Rosendahl has been appointed Executive Director of Magnetix’s new Aarhus office. He comes from a job as Head of Customer Experience at Danske Bank’s MobileLife innovation unit, where his work involved developing organisation, culture and products to counter the threat from new digital business models.

Impressive pool of candidates

“There was an impressive pool of candidates for the position in Aarhus. We experienced a huge amount of interest in the post and the opportunity to head a new and essential branch of one of the biggest digital agencies in Denmark – not to mention the chance to develop something new, “says Ulrik Petersen, CCO and Director of Dentsu Aegis Network in Aarhus. “The pool included some highly competent candidates from the industry and people with many years of experience. That’s why we are delighted to announce that Thomas, such an experienced candidate, will be taking his seat at the head of the table in the New Year.”

Thomas Rosendahl has twelve years’ experience in the consulting, technology innovation and business development sectors.

One of Thomas’s big successes at Danske Bank was creating and building up a new team. He established the framework for a number of competencies that are succeeding in innovating the banking sector in a digital context, and creating a culture that prioritises cooperation and talent over hierarchy. Most recently at Danske Bank Thomas was the driving force in the development of Wealth Management in MobileLife. It has progressed from an original core team of 4 to about 30 staff today.

Thomas Rosendahl will take up the position on 1 April 2017.
