After two years gaining international experience while working for Leo Burnett in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Pavel returned to Bistro Agency in 2014, marking the beginning of a new era for the company and his own creative output. Using his passion for graphic design, technology, powerful storytelling and product design, Pavel has helped transform the company.
Pavel's creative approach “Don't make ads - create experiences” has enabled Bistro Agency – which has been part of the global Dentsu Aegis network since 2016 – to earn numerous awards in major local creative festivals as as well as the international circuit.
When not perfecting his ability to make waves in the creative industry, you might find Pavel chasing a perfect wave on a forgotten island in Indonesia or sailing seas around the world. Ahoy!
