Salesforce Senior Pre-sales Engineer (Geneva)

Isobar Switzerland is seeking Senior Salesforce Solution and Pre-sales Engineer for our Solution & Strategy practice based in Geneva. You will participate in the presentation and positioning of isobar CRM, Commerce and Marketing services to our prospects and customers (all sizes, all type of industries). You will prepare and deliver in-person presentations and proofs-of-concept to senior and C-level stakeholders. With strong people and interpersonal skills, you will build relationships with a prospect's evaluation team and establish yourself and isobar Switzerland as a trusted advisor.


Responsibilities

  • Position Isobar services to meet prospect's needs for a Salesforce related solution (CRM, Commerce and Marketing)
  • Prepare and deliver the presentation as industry related sales play, company credentials or any other pre-sales support
  • Provide responses to RFP/RFI questions
  • Gather and document the prospect's high-level requirements through discovery meetings
  • Definition and collection of business requirements
  • Manage relationships within our Salesforce CoE and our Sales team
  • Assist in delivering proof-of-concept

 

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • You have relevant experience in enterprise-level digital pre-sales for B2C and B2B2C oriented organizations, experience with retail, brand or luxury industries is a plus
  • You have strong presentation and written communication skills
  • You are a creative thinker, proactive, team-player, success- and results-oriented
  • You have experience with Cloud-based solutions
  • You have experience with the following technologies: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Mulesoft, certification is a plus
  • You have a broad understanding of CRM, E-Commerce and Digital Marketing related journeys and processes
  • You are proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Strong knowledge of methodologies including Scrum / Agile, certification is a plus
  • Passion for digital and technology
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • An abundance of experience in writing and submitting complex proposals, responding to RFPs and other client requests
