Our business breakfast on September 12th hosted over 13 representatives from market-leading Czech retailers and B2C businesses.
Experts from Isobar, Dentsu, and Salesforce presented their latest innovations and strategies for retailers to increase customer engagement, drive sales, and develop their eCommerce channels, such as collecting customer data and using it properly. Martin Petera, Lead Project Manager from Dentsu, showed an impressive digital transformation at IKEA Czechia, where data-driven strategies are now used to increase revenue.
Femi Adeboye, Account Executive & e-Commerce Strategy Consultant at Salesforce, presented a global report on customer behaviour in retail and outlined ways Salesforce customers use technology to increase market share. Our Business Breakfast events this year achieved an engagement score of 4.7 out of 5 and will be followed by the second Salesforce Basecamp in Prague, on 10th October. Last year’s Basecamp attracted over 600 participants, while this year’s event is expected to host over 1,000 clients.
