Our business breakfast oSeptember 12th hosted over 13 representatives from market-leading Czech retailers and B2C businesses. 

Experts from IsobarDentsu, and Salesforce presented their latest innovations and strategies for retailers to increase customer engagement, drive sales, and develop their eCommerce channels, such as collecting customer data and using it properly. Martin Petera, Lead Project Manager from Dentsu, showed an impressive digital transformation at IKEA Czechia, where data-driven strategies are now used to increase revenue. 

Femi Adeboye, Account Executive & e-Commerce Strategy Consultant at Salesforce, presented a global report on customer behaviour in retail and outlined ways Salesforce customers use technology to increase market share. Did you know that over 70% of customers visit e-shop websites from their mobile device?
