Customer loyalty: Isobar’s Business Breakfast in Prague
We are thrilled to share key takeaways from our successful Business Breakfast at our Prague offices, where over twenty attendees were introduced to the topic of customer loyalty as the key to success.
The event was opened by Ivan Valev, Head of Sales and Emerging Markets, and Katerina Krizova, Relationship Manager, at Isobar, who introduced the topic. Kateřina shared the Dell Technologies survey results, where over 51% of companies (out of 4600 company leaders from over 40 countries) stated their worries about not being able to fulfil their customers' expectation and possible customer loss over a five-year time period. Salesforce was introduced by Michal Mravinac, Account Executive at Salesforce.
Petr Jahn, Dentsu Aegis Network CDO and Strategy Director, introduced their approach to retaining clients through loyalty programs, collecting customer data and the different ways of extracting value from each dataset.
“Having customer data allows us to appropriately target, keeping in mind what type of communication will be sent, to which customer and when” says Petr Jahn.
Next, Michal Rulik, Marketing Cloud Specialist at Salesforce discussed CRM, marketing automation, and campaign performance. The presentation showed our attendees how to get the most out of one’s time and investment.
Finally, Daniel Červený, Product Manager at Zonky, presented the way they work with Salesforce, what benefits it brings them to their day-to-day, and what role Isobar played during the implementation of Salesforce Service and Marketing Cloud.
