Isobar recognised as one of Australia’s most innovative companies at prestigious awards ceremony
Isobar Australia is honoured to be recognised as one of Australia and New Zealand’s Most Innovative Companies. The prestigious annual list, published by The Australian Financial Review, is based on a rigorous assessment process in conjunction with a panel of industry expert judges.
Isobar was recognised in the list from more than 1000 nominated organisations across Australia and New Zealand. The assessment measures a top innovation implemented in the past 12 months. Specifically, the judges look at how valuable the problem is that the innovation is solving, the quality and uniqueness of the solution, and the level of impact that the innovation has had. Innovation consultancy Inventium also assesses internal elements such as innovation culture, strategy, resources and process, which demonstrate a sustainable and repeatable approach to innovation.
Isobar is thrilled to be recognised for its innovation, the Digital Business Maturity Model.
Isobar Australia Managing Director Erik Hallander says:
“We are delighted to be recognised on this prestigious list. It’s a testament to both our work in the innovation space and our dedicated people at Isobar.
“That we have created a tool that is so relevant and useful to so many businesses is something that we’re very proud of.
“Digital strength may be the most important determinant of business health and future growth, yet many organisations are unable to define their current digital fitness and therefore growth and transformation opportunities.
“Digital transformation is the process whereby an organisation becomes increasingly digital over time by leveraging digital technologies to provide new revenue and value-producing opportunities.
“The Digital Business Maturity Model establishes a comprehensive view of an organisation’s digital offering and opportunity, and guides organisations in digital transformation, using a range of indicators to assess an organisation's capabilities and impact.
“The indicators measure the strength of the digital foundation, from physical technology infrastructure, to aspects of the organisation that allow it to derive value from technology including strategy, talent and skills, risk management and customer experience.
“The output is a bespoke layered visual representation of the key dimensions that impact a company's digital maturity.”
The Innovation at Dentsu Aegis Network was also recognised in the list.
Dr Amantha Imber, CEO Inventium, says:
“The field of entrants for the 2018 AFR Most Innovative Companies list is the highest quality we have seen in seven years of judging the list. Making the 2018 list is a massive achievement and signals that the organisation is not only producing highly impactful innovations, but also has a sustainable approach to growth.”
