Konrad Spilva
One of Isobar’s co-founders, Konrad is a digital pioneer with over 15 years’ experience.

As CEO of Isobar Australia & New Zealand, he manages the business across Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, and Perth. Konrad is also Head of Innovation of Dentsu Aegis Nework and is charged with driving innovative behaviour and thinking across the business.

During the agency’s growth, he’s worked on a number of major projects for a broad range of clients, with roles ranging from web development, to account management, studio manager, general manager, strategy director, client services director and Managing Director.  That’s a lot of different hats.  And in between he managed to take 12 months off to backpack through South America a few years ago.

Konrad’s also a well-recognised voice in the industry speaking at the Australian Media and Marketing Summit as well as AIMIA, ADMA, AWARD School, RMIT University and Isobar’s own industry conference, Summit Series.

He has a down to earth, no-nonsense way of dealing with every challenge – an approach that has seen Konrad successfully lead Isobar through the significant acquisition of Soap-Linked by Isobar and With Collective Linked by Isobar.

Under Konrad’s leadership, Isobar is now Australia’s largest full service digital agency with over 300 employees and titles such as AdNews agency of the year and Campaign-Asia Pacific Digital Network of the year.

He has a down to earth, no-nonsense way of dealing with every challenge.
