Konrad co-founded Isobar in 2001 (then called Visual Jazz) and has since successfully evolved the business through three major mergers.
Under his leadership, Isobar Australia has grown to employ 500 people and now comprises five separate businesses, as well as a division dedicated to creating social change.
In 2018, Konrad became CEO of the Isobar Group Australia which, along with Isobar, includes Accordant, WiTH Collective, SMG and NZ’s Little Giant, which are all ‘Linked by Isobar.’ The ambition of all agencies within the Isobar Group Australia is to creatively unlock the digital potential of organisations to transform businesses, brands and people’s lives.
Konrad has a down-to-earth, no-nonsense way of approaching any challenge or opportunity. His commitment to the business has also seen Isobar retain long-term partnerships with GM Holden and other major clients, earning the business industry recognition including multiple AdNews, B&T and Campaign Asia Digital Agency of the Year awards. Konrad’s also a well-recognised voice in the industry speaking at the Australian Media and Marketing Summit as well as AIMIA, ADMA, AWARD School, RMIT University and Isobar’s own industry conference, Summit Series.
As Head of Innovation, Konrad is charged with building an innovation culture across the business and delivering new service offerings for our clients. Konrad has a Bachelor of Business Marketing from RMIT.
When he’s not in the office, Konrad enjoys hacking it around the golf course, wakeboarding when the sun is out, travelling to weird and wonderful places around the world and spending time with his wife, his young son and their cavoodle, Chewie.
