Doing in-depth audits of clients’ existing digital efforts across all platforms to identify areas of weaknesses and opportunities relative to competitors and industry benchmarks
Using industry data, research, analytics and a rich understanding of how different channels perform to develop and implement holistic digital ecosystem strategies
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients on how to improve performance on activities including but not limited to website conversion, SEO, social media, email marketing and retargeting

Work with team members and clients to build ongoing testing and optimisation plans for customer acquisition activities
Providing the internal teams with clearly defined briefs that contain clear and specific information on the product, audience and recommended strategy
Skills and experience needed
Upwards of 3-4 years agency-side digital planning experience under your belt (especially around performance marketing) and are ready to take on more autonomy and responsibility, but are still keen to learn from some really supportive senior staff
Keen understanding of consumers’ behaviours in the digital and social media environment and how brands can best tap on these behaviours
Ability to take huge amounts of data and synthesize it into a meaningful action plan for team members and clients
Tenacious and able to push for input when needed, but enjoy taking responsibility for your own work
The ability to cope with pressure
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
