Summary We are seeking a Data Analyst to seek the right information to capture, analyze and report regarding customers and campaigns effectiveness, to measure performance and support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have basic experience in tracking and reporting projects and be able to work closely with clients and internal teams to interpret findings.
Analyse customer and campaign data - focusing on data that accurately measures actionable results, versus purely measuring meaningless activity
Perform measurement, analysis and reporting of web and campaign performance metrics from Adobe SiteCatalyst (formerly known as Omniture) and Google Analytics
Develop ongoing and ad-hoc reports to track key performance metrics
Assist data users, both internal and external, with accessing data sets, understanding and interpreting information and analysis
Provide data consultation and analysis to colleagues in order to support client projects
Support senior data and insights colleagues (local and regional) and planning team on research and insights gathering
Skills and experience needed
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems or related field
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to create actionable insights by aggregating and distilling large-scale data sets
1-2 years digital agency-side analytics experience under your belt and are ready to take on more autonomy and responsibility, but are still keen to learn from some really supportive senior staff
Solid understanding of Google Analytics (and preferably Adobe SiteCatalyst), social analytics, SEO, and conversion rate optimization principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, competence in Microsoft office
The ability to cope with pressure
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
