OCBC Bank has launched a new campaign for the OCBC Voyage Credit Card—Singapore’s first metal card that lets you redeem miles for flights to any destination on any airline, any time of the year. The campaign is led by a film developed by Isobar Singapore, and is currently running on TV, YouTube and other digital channels.
The latest entrant in the ‘miles card’ market, the OCBC Voyage Card changed the game by liberating the way miles can be used. It goes beyond redeeming flights with a personal concierge service called Voyage Exchange. The service lets customers redeem Voyage Miles for any experience that they want in Singapore or overseas, on any airline (budget and full service) anytime of the year without being subjected to waitlists and blackout periods.
Belinda Tan, Head Group Lifestyle Financing, Marketing, Group Marketing, explains, “Our aim with Voyage is to challenge the conventions of the industry and its complicated miles redemption processes. We want customers to think of what they wish to do with their miles instead of how to redeem them. The Voyage Exchange concierge service is exclusively set up to deliver on this promise by planning and delivering the best possible experiences with miles redemption. The uniqueness of these personalized experiences is what we wanted to highlight.”
