The executive team of Isobar, an agency owned by Dentsu Aegis Network Polska, was joined by Agnieszka Gajzler, Artur Manista, and Przemysław Janus.
The decision to establish new functions in our organisation is an investment in key development areas of the agency: strategy, creation, media and technology. Artur Manista takes on the position of Vice President Business Development. In the new role, in addition to being in charge of Client Service and New Business division, Artur will be developing the competences of the agency in the area of sports marketing. Artur used to be in charge of, among others, the strategic partnership with the Polish Handball Federation and cooperation with Sopot Match Race. Previously, he served as Business Development Director at Isobar Poland.
Agnieszka Gajzler has joined Isobar Poland as Vice President Media & Content. Earlier, she served as Vice President & Innovation Director at Carat media house owned by Dentsu Aegis Network Polska. At the same time, she serves as Chief Product Officer at Dentsu. Agnieszka will be responsible for developing agency's products related to the development of content services. The fact that Agnieszka has joined our team is extremely important to us. For several years we have been developing social media moderation tools, such as SocialPylon. We have also been focusing on the development of services related to content production. Agnieszka's media-related experience fits in great with our plans for the coming years. Especially as she is not resigning from the position of Chief Product Officer which she holds at Dentsu Aegis Network Polska, Monika Bierwagen explains.
The position of Chief Operation Officer has been taken on by Przemysław Janus. Przemysław has over a decade of experience in working in positions related to financial management and controlling. Before joining Isobar, he worked at Bain & Company, a company providing consulting services, where he served as an Advisor. For the last eight years, Przemysław served as Chief Financial Officer at HSBC Bank Poland and ABN AMRO Bank Poland, Business Lease and AdPilot interactive agency. At the beginning of his career he was employed at Capgemini where he implemented advisory projects in Poland and Germany, and at Creditanstalt InvestmentBank (CAIB) and the Polish branch of Ericsson.
Isobar Poland is an advertising agency operating as part of Dentsu Aegis Network Polska group. In its portfolio the agency has projects for such customers as Jeronimo Martins, TOTAL, Play, Disney, MasterCard, Huawei, Johnson & Johnson and Provident. The projects of Isobar Poland have won several dozen awards at Polish and international competitions, such as Epica, Nevada, Goldendrum, Effie, Innovation AD, and KTR.
