Every year, Isobar organizes a creative development programme in Europe, where a team from Norway gets the opportunity to participate, work with and get to know other creatives in our network.
This year’s event was set to the city of Budapest, and it was Art Director, Sigrid Harket, and Head Writer, Robert Radoli, who were fortunate enough to make the trip.
At the creative programme, a large group of Isobar colleagues from across Europe gather together with a selected client. Here, they share experiences and work on a concrete solution to the client’s business problem.
The programme is built for our people by our people and uses peer-to-peer learning to inspire creativity and collaboration across the region. The programme uses subject experts in the host office to build workshops and presentations around the critical Isobar skills for – Creative and Technology.
