The human success factor in digital transformation: a practical approach

Recent studies of Altimeter show that two third of digital transformation projects fail. This brings huge risks for a company’s right to exist. That’s why digital transformation has become a priority on CEO-agenda’s. What are the reasons that these projects fail and how can marketing and communications contribute to the success of digital transformation projects?

In many cases, digital transformation is about new business models and technology, while transformation is also about people. They are what clients see, hear and associate as the living, breathing elements of your brand. They are what makes your brand succeed.
