Hidetoshi Tokumaru started out in Dentsu’s Account Management Divison, before making the move to digital at the very dawn of the industry in the late 90’s as a marketing planner. He later became a board member of Dentsu eMarketing One (then ISID Deloitte, a interactive agency JV between Dentsu Group venture capital and foreign capital), and in November 2009, became the President and CEO of Dentsu Razorfish. Today he leads Japan’s largest global digital agency under his own brand of “Experience Innovation”.
