Olivier was previously General Manager of Marcel (Publicis), a leading Creative and Interactive agency. Prior to that, he was Deputy CEO at BETC, General Manager and Director of Innovation at JWT, and Associate Director at TBWA. Over his twenty-year career, Olivier has delivered communication strategies for blue chip brands including Total Corporate Global, Banque Populaire, Instagram, Uber, McDonald's, Disneyland Paris and SNCF.
In addition to the leadership of Isobar, Olivier will also be responsible for the consistency and visibility across all of the group’s creative agencies in France. As part of Isobar’s global creative network, Olivier will help develop the agency offering specifically with the teams in Belgium, the Netherlands, the Middle East and North Africa.

Olivier succeeds Sabina Gros who was appointed on February 8th, CEO of Carat France. Olivier Sebag will report to Thierry Jadot and will be a member of the management committee.
