Isobar advances on service integration and strengthens its position on business transformation

To strengthen its position in the market, Dentsu Aegis Network Brazil has announced the formation of Grupo Isobar Brasil (Isobar Brazil Group); a joint effort between Isobar, Pontomobi Linked by Isobar, Cosin Consulting and IWS (Isobar Worldsourcing) - the group’s software development centre based in the Brazilian city of Porto Alegre.

This format allows Grupo Isobar Brasil to service clients by planning and reformulating business models, taking full advantage of technologies and digital platforms in a creative and innovative manner. This includes product and service design, e-commerce strategy, planning and creating campaigns and brand experiences, CRM and implementing management systems.

“Digital is a disruptive force that challenges advertisers and entire industries; at the same time, it creates new business opportunities and new rules for creating economic and social value. Our mission is to support advertisers and businesses in this journey for reinvention”, said Abel Reis, CEO Dentsu Aegis Network and CEO Isobar Latam.

The new structure also includes a new model of governance that is able to fast-track business generation. To guarantee efficiency of the new model, Grupo Isobar Brasil will operate with a structure focused on industries, such as Finance, Education, Government, Telecom, Healthcare, Retail, Auto and CPG, which account for a wide range of services that the four companies already provide.

Grupo Isobar Brasil addresses the global ambitions of Dentsu Aegis Network – Isobar's holding company that owns the brands – to transform the future of businesses. Isobar Brazil was restructured as a result of Dentsu Aegis Network's evolution in the Brazilian market that occurred both organically and through acquisitions. Since 2014, Dentsu Aegis Network Brazil grew from three to twelve brands, and in October 2015, acquired Pontomobi – a leading Brazilian mobile company. Cosin Consulting was acquired by the Group in September 2016.
