Pauline Chartier joined Isobar, the Dentsu Aegis Network group's Creation and Digital Strategy agency, as Business Director.
With more than 9 years' experience in assistance and implementation of CRM and digital strategies, Pauline Chartier began her career at Publicis Dialog. In 2007, Pauline joined RAPP as its Clientèle Manager, and then its Business Director, covering a sizable client portfolio: ING Direct, Sephora, Monoprix.fr, Norauto, Tropicana, Louvre Hôtels and Botanic.
Pauline Chartier is bringing Isobar her expertise and knowledge of omni-channel-orientated issues for two of the agency's major accounts, Picard and Carglass. Her mastery of other communications levers (steering and production of the CRM platform, database, social media strategy and e-commerce) will broaden the teams and Isobar's strategic thinking.
