Isobar wins Ouigo

At the end of a competition between five agencies, Ouigo, the budget high-speed offering of SNCF, awarded its PRM and CRM contracts to Isobar, a creative and digital strategy agency of the Dentsu Aegis Network Group, for a period of four years.
Isobar will be assisting Ouigo to strengthen and improve the performance of its customer loyalty strategy within the framework of an expansion of its offering.

The agency will also be helping Ouigo with its management strategy for its sales and customer relations, which will incorporate a cross-functional approach and a very high level of personalization in customer relations.
