Raphaël Carles has been named as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Isobar France, the Creation and Digital Strategy agency of the Dentsu Aegis Network group. Having joined Isobar in June 2016, he is responsible for the agency's operations, as well as for its technical and innovations roadmap. With a degree from the ENSIC School of Chemical Engineering, Raphaël has twenty years of experience in the digital sphere.
After starting out at Smile, he joined Himalaya in 2000 as Director of Internet and Extranet projects.
In 2002, Raphaël Carles joined the Business & Decision Group as Technical Director of BDNet, the group's e-business agency. Then in 2008 he became Technical Director of Interakting, the digital agency of the Business & Decision Group, before taking on the role of Technical Director for the Group's Digital BU at the end of 2015.
These past years, Raphaël has accompanied the web strategy development of major clients such as Canal+ Group, BNP Paribas, Samsung, the French Ministry of Education and PSA. As industrialization specialist for web and mobile strategies, Raphaël headed design initiatives for business apps, content management systems, portals, e-commerce sites and social networks for Business & Decision. With the ambition of uniting the Digital professions, Raphaël Carles is joining Isobar to merge the agency's creativity with the methods and processes which ensure the quality of the final product.
Raphaël Carles is a member of Isobar's Management Board and will be reporting to Sabina Gros, the agency's CEO.
