Today it was announced that Aegis has acquired 100% of digital agency Roundarch. Roundarch will combine with Isobar US to create Roundarch Isobar, a new and powerful force in the US digital market.
With over 250 people in offices in Chicago, Denver, Boston and New York, Roundarch is a leading digital agency which specialises in designing and building digital solutions for clients such as Avis, HBO, Bloomberg Sports, Motorola and the US Air Force. Following the merger, Roundarch Isobar will become a 450+ person strong team across offices in Chicago, Denver, New York, Boston and San Francisco.
Commenting on the acquisition of Roundarch, Jerry Buhlmann, Chief Executive of Aegis Group plc said:
