As of January 2016 Richard is Executive Strategy Director and Board Member of Isobar in Germany. He has a Master in International Economics and is a longtime consultant for strategic issues of brand development and brand communication. Richard learned Strategic Brand Planning at Grey Worldwide. Next he established Creative Planning at MEC Germany, where he further extended his knowledge of the Media business. Being the founder of a new agency he had then the opportunity to gain intensive experience in building a digital agency. Richard has extensive in-depth knowledge of the management of brands, the building of digital strategies, social media and content marketing.
