Michał is an eCommerce professional with over 12 years' work experience on both client and agency side. In his current position, Michał is responsible for quality of integrated eCommerce and eMerchandising strategies for brands and eRetailers, on local, regional and global level, as well as business development and operational excellence of the eCommerce department.
As an eCommerce strategist, he has worked on improving eCommerce business for Reckitt Benckiser, Coty, Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithkline, MARS, Microsoft, Mattel, Duracell, Toyota, and several others.
Although Michał currently focuses on best-in-class digital strategies and operational management, he still likes to call himself a technical marketer as his past experiences including webdeveloping, conversion rate & UX optimization, implementing cross-channel marketing automation solutions, dealing with conversion overlapping in affiliate and lead-gen campaigns or implementing omnichannel approach, just to name a few, were always based on advanced technological possibilities and feasibility of proposed solutions. Additionally, from the very beginning of his career, Michał's very into web analytics and performance-based solutions as he believes that despite the importance of intuition and know-how, hard data is the crucial factor in the strategic recommendation process.
Privately, he holds the position of university lecturer on AGH University of Science and Technology (Cracow, Poland) and Koźmiński University (Warsaw, Poland) willing to share his knowledge from numerous fields related to digital and eCommerce marketing.
Michał graduated from Jagiellonian University in Cracow with a masters degree in law and continued his education in Cracow Business School - University of Economics on project management postgraduate studies.
