Thomas Tearle

General Manager, Isobar Sydney

Thomas leads Isobar in Sydney as General Manager. He has been with Isobar for over two years, initially joining to lead the Client Service team as Group Account Director. His role is now to execute the National Isobar vision, leading and developing the business strategy in Sydney.

Thomas has a wealth of world-class strategic client service experience working with clients large and small across the Entertainment, FMCG, Travel, Government, Technology and Retail sectors in the UK and Australian markets spanning an eleven year career.

Prior to joining Isobar, he worked with independent UK agency, Green Cathedral as an SEO specialist before moving into client service roles at the Golley Slater network in London. Upon moving to Australia, he joined Wunderman/WPP where he held the role as Business Director.

His career highlights so far include leading the digital, social media, CRM and promotions work for Coca-Cola’s highly acclaimed ‘Share a Coke’ campaign, which scoped 50+ industry awards in 2012 including 11 Cannes Lions.

Thomas has a wealth of world-class strategic client service experience working with clients large and small across the Entertainment, FMCG, Travel, Government, Technology and Retail sectors.
