With 20 years in the field of Communication, Rasha has built her strategic expertise in both Marketing and Advertising through working on managing and planning for multiple multinational businesses such as: Henkel, Coke, McDonald’s, Unilever and Nestle to name a few.

She has managed to work on growing brands from both sides as an Agency and as a Client, when she played an integral role amongst the Pepsi Cola Egypt Marketing Team in 1999 – 2002 and in growing their brands’ marketing activities and sales at the time.

In 2006 as a General Manager at Fortune Promoseven, Rasha successfully led from the agency side the launch of Etisalat in the tough Egyptian market, and continued growing the business with the client for 3 years. After developing the management & communication experience for 13 years, she has decided to move to the digital side of communication with Digital Republic for 5 years now, managing & growing the leading creative, digitally inspired Ad Agency based in Cairo and Dubai.  Rasha received her Bachelor degree from the American University in 1996, in Mass Communication.  

Rasha’s passion for consumer insights and communication strategies, along with her strong people’s skills has been integral in the growth of the people, herself and the operation she leads.
